Terms of Service

Effective: June 21, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of feelroot (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (What the Service provides)

The Service helps you reflect by choosing and narrowing words and phrases, and generates a prompt you can use with an external AI. The Service is provided free of charge and without sign-up.

Article 4 (Nature of the Service — important)

All content and results of the Service are for self-reflection and educational/reference purposes. The Service does not provide or replace medical care, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, psychological testing, or professional counseling, and is not a scientifically standardized or validated psychological assessment.

No result should be used as the basis for important decisions in medical, legal, financial, or similar matters. If you are struggling, please reach out for help:

Article 5 (Use)

You may use the Service without sign-up or login. Your progress is stored on your own device. Minors should use the Service only with a guardian’s consent, and by using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

Article 6 (User obligations)

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or improper purpose, and not to bulk-copy or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Article 7 (Limits of AI responses)

Responses from external AI services into which you paste the prompt may be inaccurate or false (so-called hallucination). The operator is not responsible for the content generated by external AI.

Article 8 (Intellectual property)

Rights to the Service’s design, content, and software belong to the operator. However, the results you create through the Service are yours to use freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is,” without any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, and absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 10 (Changes and discontinuation)

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service.

Article 11 (Changes to these Terms)

If these Terms change, we will post the update on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the procedures and courts provided by applicable law.

Article 13 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
